Data Deletion Instructions — Floowtix AI Messenger

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you from conversations with any Facebook Page that uses Floowtix AI Messenger.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Messenger
Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the Facebook Page you chatted with. A team member will confirm and process your request.

Option 2 — Email
Email jaber@floowtix.co with:

• the name of the Facebook Page you messaged
• your name as shown on Facebook
• the mobile number you used for an order, if any

What we delete

• your messages and our replies
• your customer record (name, phone, address, order history)
• any notes about you

We may keep order records that the business must keep by law (for example, for tax or accounting). These are kept only for as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
