Terms of Service — Floowtix AI Messenger

These terms apply to (a) businesses that use Floowtix AI Messenger ("clients") and (b) people who message a client's Facebook Page that uses it ("customers").

For customers

Replies on the Page may be generated automatically by an AI assistant on behalf of the business.
Prices, stock and delivery information come from the business. Every order is confirmed by the business, usually by phone, before it is final.
You can ask for a human at any time.
Do not use the chat to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

For clients (businesses)

Service. Floowtix answers customer messages on your Facebook Page, collects order details, and alerts you when a human is needed, using the information you provide in your business sheet.
Your information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, stock, delivery charges and policies. The assistant only states information you have entered. Information marked "TBD" is passed to your team instead.
Orders. Orders collected by the assistant are requests. You confirm, fulfil and handle payment, returns and refunds.
Meta policies. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies, including the 24-hour messaging window.
Fees. Fees follow your chosen plan. Usage above the plan limit is billed as agreed.
Availability. We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, because it depends on Meta, Google, AI providers and hosting. If the AI is unavailable, conversations are handed to your team.
Data. We process customer data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination. Either side may end the service with 7 days' notice. On request, we delete your data within 30 days.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Floowtix is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by incorrect information entered by the client.
