Privacy Policy — Floowtix AI Messenger

Floowtix ("we", "us") provides an AI assistant that answers customer messages on Facebook Pages of businesses that hire us ("our clients"). This policy explains what information we handle when you message one of those Pages, and how.

1. Information we receive

When you send a message to a Facebook Page that uses our service, Meta Platforms sends us:

your Page-scoped user ID (a number Meta assigns for that Page)
the content of your messages, including text and the type of any attachment
the time of each message

If you choose to place an order, you may give us your name, mobile number, delivery address, district, the product variant or color you want, and your payment method (for example, cash on delivery).

We do not receive your Facebook password, your friends list, or any information you did not send to the Page.

2. How we use it

to reply to your questions about the business's products, prices, delivery and policies
to record your order and pass it to the business so they can confirm and deliver it
to hand your conversation to a human staff member when needed
to send you one reminder inside Messenger's 24-hour messaging window if you asked about a product and did not finish
to produce aggregated statistics for the business (for example, number of messages and orders)

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it

The business you messaged — sees your messages, order details and contact information so they can serve you.
Google (Google Sheets) — stores the business's order and conversation records.
Our automation server (n8n) — processes messages.
AI language model providers via OpenRouter — receive the text of your message to generate a reply. They are not permitted to use it to identify you.
Meta Platforms — delivers messages between you and the Page.

4. How long we keep it

Conversation and order records are kept while the business uses our service, and for at most 12 months after that, unless the business must keep order records longer by law. Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask for a human at any time by writing "human" or "মানুষ".
You can ask us to delete your data — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us.

6. Security

Access to stored records is limited to the business and Floowtix staff who operate the service. Credentials are stored encrypted, and all connections use HTTPS.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.
